Omnimana.NET et boutique
Around the year 2002, I had the privilege to take a short course with the copywriter Pascal Pelletier (http://www.stylo-pub.com/) who really transmitted me the important basics I needed to revise texts professionally! And since then I have a sharp eye for detecting, to the point of zeal when it comes to typography.
To meet your needs and requirements as client, I offer through The Writing Box French editing and EN>FR translation editing services.
Here are some of my experiences related to the French Editing of books:
In 2012 I revised Andree Hamelin's book Le sang de la Lune, published in 2013 by Éditions Treize Mères.
In 2001, I helped transcribe, structure and revise Une femme parmi tant d'autres by author Enice Toussaint, self-published by "Editions Nouveau Siecle".

Freelance FR author, transcriber and EN>FR translator
The Writing Box was created in 2000 by Julie Martineau, a French Canadian (Quebecer) born in Montreal, and essentially offers translation services in various fields.
Owning a Master’s degree in Literary Studies at UQÀM, with a thesis on knowledge at work in science fiction literature, Julie learned her craft thanks to networking with translators and business owners.
For twelve years, her activity has been much diversified, progressively evolving since 2012 towards translating books in the fields of health and consciousness.
Julie's professional path has enormously benefited from the input of various networks and she still value networking a lot.
In 2023, Julie Martineau is bringing together her creative realizations under the name "Omnimana", including the publishing of illustrated literary serials (now online: www.bioetcyb.com and www.thegoldenbequeen.com), as well as a shop offering various products from different Julie's and friends's projects. This is why this business has been renamed L'Écritoire/The Writing Box Omnimana.
